We make every effort to accurately display product colors, designs, and descriptions. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change without notice.

We accept secure payments through approved payment providers available at checkout.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

4. SHIPPING

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

5. NO RETURNS & NO REFUNDS POLICY

All sales are final. As a very small independent brand, we are currently unable to accommodate returns, refunds, or cancellations. Every order is carefully produced and processed in limited quantities, which means all sales are final.

Please make sure to review product descriptions, sizing information, and your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

We only offer exchanges in the rare case that we accidentally send the wrong item. If this happens, please contact us within [7] days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the item received.

Items eligible for exchange must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for:

Incorrect sizing
Change of mind
Customer preference
Worn, washed, or damaged items after delivery

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Once an order has been handed over to UPS/ DHL...etc and the tracking status shows as 'Delivered' to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

6. WRONG ITEM EXCHANGE POLICY

An exchange may only be approved if:

The customer received the wrong item due to our mistake
The issue is reported within [7] days of delivery
The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached

To request an exchange, customers must contact us at pr@andraschkostudios.com with:

Order number
Clear photos of the item received
Packaging details

Once approved, we will provide exchange instructions.

We reserve the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified after processing has begun.
